Sales Operations Executive:

Anyone who wants to be a part of a change can play a critical role in driving our success by examining data to review and analyze data to gain meaningful insights. Someone who understands how to fit into a regional trade/sales and distribution model.


• Works with team on delivery of various reports/dashboards to line manager on channel performance and support.
• As a Commercial Operations Executive, the candidate will need to use excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to generate actionable insights valuable to the business.
• Generate value-driven reports, analysis and dashboards using Power BI/Tableau.
• As you know the Create and maintain documentation including requirements and project plans
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders within the business and prioritize work based on overall impact and current workload.
• Communicate and articulate with business stakeholders the requirements of the applications and the goals to be achieved with them.
• Ownership of individual projects and analyses, aimed at delivering greater value to the business.
• Improve weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting structures
• Bring a “consultant-like perspective” to the business.
Involved in timely escalation of network complaints as well as sharing resolution details with sales team.
Include Franchise Documents (Induction, COO, Suspension, Termination)
Works on extracting data from MSTR for reporting purposes and continuously interacts with Commercial Planning/Reporting and Analysis team.
• Ensures delivery of various dashboards/presentations/reports to management on channel performance and coordinates with regional team to ensure performance success.
Oversees and evaluates business development analysis, sales site analysis and other ad hoc analyzes as required by the business.
• Involved in target setting and subsequent communication with stakeholders.

  • Design and execute regional sales promotions.
    Works on commission reporting/tracking/issue resolution for all sales levels (Retail, Franchise, SDS, AM & RD).
    Acts as a liaison between the sales channel (business partner/sales team) and headquarters for any issue.
    • Prepares and organizes training for the franchise channel as per the latest business requirements.
    Involved in sales site management (correct tagging, revenue reporting, new rollout planning recommended by sales channel)
    • Provides back-end support to the Postpaid team and troubleshooting.
    • Identify growth opportunities in the business and propose actionable plans to capitalize on these growth opportunities.


• We are looking for someone who is proficient in MS Office especially Excel/PowerPoint and has a strong reporting and analysis background.
• The ideal candidate must have good communication skills to advocate/defend their point of view with professionalism, maturity, a balanced, holistic view of any competing viewpoint.
• We are looking for someone who is energetic, eager to learn at a fast pace with a high ability to learn and grow.
Flexibility, professionalism, maturity, responsibility and honesty are some of the other qualities we expect from you.
• B.Sc/M.Sc or BBA/MBA from a reputed university will be an added plus.
